Delivery and Returns

 

Delivery & Returns

You can quite easily check delivery costs by adding any item to your shopping cart and then viewing your cart where a "Shipping Calculator" will show the postage costs. You will not be committed to purchase at this stage.

 

Delivery

Your order will be despatched using Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.

UK Delivery: Delivery costs are determined by weight using Royal Mail`s standard rates plus £0.65 for packaging materials and handling. Recorded Delivery is available as an option for orders with a value up to £40 and is a requirement over that value.

Overseas Delivery: Items are sent by airmail up to a total value of £40. Orders exceeding £36 in value are sent using the "International Signed For service". The maximum weight for airmail is 2kg. Heavier items may be sent by Courier.

Free Delivery (UK only): When free delivery is applicable, your order will generally be sent by the lowest cost method available. Paid delivery will generally take precedence over free delivery as regards speed of despatch.

Please note that aerosols/spray cans cannot be posted overseas.

BFPO Customers: BFPO orders are not charged VAT and the postage rate is the same as for a domestic order. If you are a BFPO customer, when entering your shipping address, please ensure that you select UK for the country and BFPO for the state/county.

 

Returns

All returns must be agreed by ourselves before being accepted. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have a change of heart, please advise us within 7 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted provided that they are in a saleable and unopened condition. You must return your purchase using a trackable method such as Recorded Delivery. Once your item has been safely returned to us, you will receive your refund.

 

Faulty Goods

If upon receipt of your order an item supplied by ourselves is faulty, parts are missing or an item was mis-represented on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If we can supply replacement parts or a new item, we will do so. If parts have to be obtained from the manufacturer, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. If we cannot supply replacement parts, we will arrange for the return of the item, re-imbursing postage costs and cost of goods as applicable. We will only refund “reasonable” postage costs and not expensive courier or special delivery options.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
