- Maj. Garth Jared, 39th FS, Southern Italy, November 1943.
- Lt. John Fawcett, 309th FS/31st FG, 15th Air Force, Italy, March 1944.
- Capt. F.S. "Gabby" Gabreski, No.315 "Deblinski" Squadron, RAF Northolt, February 1943.
- Lt. Vic Cabas, 4th FS/52nd FG, Tunisia, April 1943.
