Description
Highly detailed kit from Hobby Boss of the FB-111 Aardvark. A full complement of underwing stores is included as are markings for the following aircraft:
- 68-0247, 509th BW, USAF, Tiger Meet 1978. (As box art).
- 68-0245, "Ready Teddy", 380th BW, USAF.
The FB-111 is a strategic bomber development of the F-111. The FB-111 is longer and can carry more fuel, but doesn't have real intercontinental range; this is compensated for by its missile armament.
