Great Wall Hobby 1/48 Northrop P-61A Black Widow Glass Nose

Superbly detailed kit from Great Wall Hobby of the Northrop P-61A "Black Widow". This kit is of the so-called glass-nosed version which had a translucent glass fibre nose through which the radar coukd be vaguely seen. This version also includes the top turret. The kit has also been revised to correct some inaccuracies which were noted in the P-61A kit:

• Corrected rear canopy framing
• Corrected cockpit canopy framing
• Revised interior details
• New tool propeller and spinner
• New tool engine cowlings
• New magnetos and cylindrical crank cases

Some photo-etched parts are included as are a set of paint masks. The kit includes detailed cockpit, radar and cannon bay, detailed engines and weighted tyres. A quality print of the box art is also included. Markings are for:
